I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The location couldn't have been better as it was right in the heart of the city center. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the historic area. The staff here were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. They were friendly and always willing to help with any questions or requests I had. The room amenities were top-notch, with a cozy sitting area and a lovely patio to relax on. The free toiletries provided added a nice touch of luxury. Additionally, the breakfast served in the dining restaurant was delicious and had a good variety of options. I had a fantastic experience here.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It's a great place for families as well, with amenities like cots available.

Spent Christmas in a stunning, traditional Mexican house with a charming courtyard. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided personalized breakfast options that tasted amazing. The location was ideal, with easy access to food options and historic landmarks nearby.
The cold weather was a bit of a challenge for a house with thick stone walls, and our room was quite chilly at night. some of the staff had limited English-speaking abilities, which sometimes made communication a bit difficult.

We loved the beautiful view from the hotel terrace and the cozy historic feel of this small hotel located in the center of the city. The staff was friendly and welcoming, offering free secure parking and serving a great breakfast with fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked-to-order eggs. The hotel facilities and its location in the historic center were both excellent, making it easy for us to walk to all the main attractions.
There was nothing we didn't like about our stay in this city.

This charming old-world house is perfect for a unique stay. the location is excellent and close to all main attractions in the center. the rooms are individually decorated and very comfortable, with great beds and pillows. the staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. the breakfast is fresh and delicious, and the patio is perfect for a relaxing break.
The old house has its downsides, like a lack of insulation in some rooms that can leave you feeling cold during winter nights.

Stayed here over the Christmas holidays and had a wonderful experience. the hotel had a great location, within walking distance of all the main attractions and restaurants. the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, providing us with all the necessary information about the area. the room was cozy and comfortable with a beautiful view from the terrace. We particularly enjoyed the free and secure parking offered by the hotel, as it allowed us to explore the city without worrying about our rental car.
The only minor negative aspect was the lack of insulation in the room during the colder evenings. this is to be expected in such an old, historic building.
